Personal Attention — Each client has a dedicated Portfolio Manager who devotes time and attention to your investments needs and is readily available with updates or for questions.


Extensive Training — Our world class training is a keystone to our success. We are experts in the hiring process and offer ongoing training our employees to further their skill sets and personal growth.

Robust Reporting — Monthly statements of operations including a comprehensive narrative of variances as well as a rent roll and general ledger detail are provided by the 10th of the following month.  Annual budgets are prepared for each property.


Applicant Screening — We partner with the locally owned Background Investigations who handle all resident screenings.  They ensure all approve applicants meet our eligibility requirements.


Documents and Law — Princeton’s affiliation with Multifamily NW association and Tenant Tech’s seamless document platform provide access to the most up-to-date legal forms necessary for multifamily housing management. In addition, we provide ongoing education for our staff on issues including fair housing laws, tenant/landlord law and maintenance procedures.


Property Inspections — Our team conducts regularly scheduled, comprehensive audits as well as exterior and interior unit inspections to ensure a smooth-running operation.


Expense control – Operating cost are significantly controlled as we focus on growing NOI through quarterly market reviews, marketing plan and resident retention programs.  We also bid all jobs and purchases over $600 obtaining three competitive bids from our valued vendors.
