with Multifamily NW association and Tenant Tech’s seamless document platform
provide access to the most up-to-date legal forms necessary for multifamily
housing management. In addition, we provide ongoing education for our staff on
issues including fair housing laws, tenant/landlord law and maintenance
procedures.
Property
Inspections — Our team conducts regularly scheduled, comprehensive audits as
well as exterior and interior unit inspections to ensure a smooth-running
operation.
Expense control – Operating cost are
significantly controlled as we focus on growing NOI through
quarterly market reviews, marketing plan and resident retention programs.
We also bid all jobs and purchases over $600 obtaining three competitive bids from our
valued vendors.
